The terms of business are valid for customers whose residence is located in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

The seller is Thai Centar Thalea, and the buyer is a visitor of these pages, an adult and able-bodied person, who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment via a general payment slip / bank transfer or e-banking.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.

By ordering items, the customer accepts the terms of business stated on these pages. Please submit your possible disagreement with the conditions, either in whole or in part, in writing before your first order to e-mail: info@thaicentarthalea.com or to the seller’s address. The customer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/2014). The right is exercised within the time limit and in the manner provided by law.

Thai Centar Thalea can reject the order if it finds that the Thai Centar Thalea website has been misused or if it determines that the information on the order is incomplete or incorrect.

The Thai Centar Thalea website can be used and all content viewed for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the Terms of Use.

The services provided to you by the Thai Centar Thalea via the Internet store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. Thai Centar Thalea is not responsible for telephone, data traffic or any other costs incurred when placing an order or browsing/searching websites. We collect and use your personal data for the purpose of processing the order and for verification and authorization during payment, to the extent and time necessary to achieve the stated purpose in each individual case.

Terms of use of the gift card

The user can use the gift card within six (6) months from the date of issue of the gift card and must use it in its entirety, unless it is specified for an amount of €100.00 or more, then it can be used in multiple visits.

The user can use the gift card to purchase treatments of equal or greater value than the value of the voucher. If the value of the treatment is higher, the difference must be paid for.

There is no possibility of requesting a refund of the difference in funds in case of a smaller amount of treatment compared to the amount indicated on the gift card.

Gift cards of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes and 180 minutes must be used once. It cannot be divided into two or more arrivals.

Gift cards for couples (couple massages) must be used so that two people come to the appointment at the same time. One person cannot come on two occasions or two people on two different dates.

If you are unable to make the appointment, the gift card is not in your name and can be transferred to other users.

We do not issue refunds.
